NCR Ranger Veteran Armor

NCR Ranger Veteran Armor was created by Dogtooth CG, the same guy who created the original NCR Ranger armor set for The New Vegas expansion pack. He explained why he made it in an interview with Gaming Trend, I always wanted a really realistic vest. I figured that the NCR Ranger's job is hard enough without having to deal with a real-life vest. So I made one. There are several pieces of NCR Ranger Veteran Armor you can purchase, from the braggart fatigues to the heavy duty jumpsuit and ghillie suits.

The problem is, like so many things in the game, the realism on these items is kind of hit and miss. The fatigues and ghillie suits look great but they also blend poorly with the Ranger's outfit. I suppose if someone was really going to create this armor for The New Vegas expansion, then perhaps they could add a few duster slacks underneath the jumpsuit and make it all look the same, but I doubt it. So, instead, we've got NCR Trooper armor which is pretty much the same as the other varieties. It's created by DogtoothCG.

There is also a really cool looking helmet which comes in two varieties - one with a red tinted lens and another that have an amber tinted lens. On the helmet you can have the NCR Ranger emblem stenciled on it, just like the rest of the armor.
